LIVE SUPPORT

Customer support has been improved with an additional support option.

A new live customer support service will come into force in addition to the tech support service at http://www.thekerb.net from Monday 16th February 2009.

This will be on a beta / test basis to assess customer reaction and will be in addition to the existing customer support ticket service. Further details will be posted here prior to launch.

AUCTION WEBSITE

A new auction website has been acquired by the group. It is being beta tested at present. You will be able to list any products, items or services on the auction COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.

The auction system will work in much the same way as the eBay system except it will be completely free to use.

Launch of this is anticipated to be on the 1st April 2009. Further details will be posted here prior to launch.

Customer Centre
Use the Customer Centre for admin of services on your account. Here you can add new domain names, purchase hosting and many other services.
Website Control Panel
The Website Control Panel allows you to use the services that you setup / ordered via the Customer Centre. This includes activation and creation of new email addresses and scripts, web stores, downloads and uploads and much more. You should take a good look here as new services are continually added.
Webmail Control Panel
The Webmail Control Panel can be accessed from anywhere that has an internet connection.
Customer and Technical Support
We use an online ticketing / message system to provide sales and technical support. When you raise a new question it is automatically allocated a unique "ticket number". All messages received and replied to are achieved in the system and can be viewed months or even years later by logging into the "Ticket Status" area using your email address and ticket number.
